1. Call me for availability
You can reach me best by phone at 479-577-2650 (home) or 479-637-6773 (cell). We will talk about your new puppy: its parents, how big it's probably going to be, shots, etc. All of my puppies are registered with America's Pet Registry, Inc. (APRI) and come with a three-generation pedigree; do you want your puppy registered with the American Kennel Club (AKC) as well? We can discuss deposits, and we will try to schedule a visit, too.
2. Make a deposit to reserve
A deposit of $450 reserves your pickup date and serves as a retainer ensuring that your puppy will not be shown or sold before you pick it up. Deposits are usually made online through PayPal. I'm PayPal verified!
3. Wait for the puppy to grow
I will release your puppy to you after it is twelve weeks old. In the meantime, we will make sure that your puppy is extra healthy. It will get all the shots and boosters it needs at 7, 9, and 11 weeks, a wellness check at 10 weeks, and worming every other week. You are welcome to come visit your puppy at my home anytime. Don't worry—I'll keep you updated with pictures and videos on my Facebook page so that you can watch your puppy grow!
4. Pick up and pay
Most customers will come to my home in Parks, Arkansas, to pick up their puppies. They drive from as far as Houston, South Dakota, Illinois, or Minnesota! This is a great opportunity for you to meet your puppy and have a look around. Any remaining balance is due at the time of pickup; most customers bring cash or check.
Airport Delivery
Alternatively, I can deliver your puppy to you at the Fort Smith Regional Airport (FSM). I charge $175 for this service, which includes all the necessary preparations to make your puppy flight-ready: an intestinal parasite screen, a complete physical exam, rabies vaccination, and a health certificate. It is up to you to make your flight arrangements.
5. Take your puppy home
Now your puppy has joined your family! Along with your puppy you will receive its registration, a health report, and a care package. Keep a close eye on it as it adjusts to its new home. Take a look at my Yorkie Information page, and always feel free to call me with any questions you have.
Make sure to take the puppy to the vet within two days of pickup. Your veterinarian will need to verify the health report that comes with your puppy. If there are any problems, let me know—your puppy's health is guaranteed.
Enjoy your new, precious Yorkie puppy!
