WHY I USE AMERICAN'S PET REGISTRY, INC.

Recently, I was asked, "Why do you use America's Pet Registry, and not one of the older services?"  For me it was an unusual question because the answer seemed so obvious but after giving it some thought I realized that not everyone is familiar with registration services and their reponsibilities to us.  So after some thought I decided to add this section to my website.

I, as a breeder depend on reliable, accurate and efficient service.  I cannot be responsive to my customers' needs if I am waiting for a registry service to first overcharge me and then not deliver my papers on time or provide papers that are incorrect.  With APRI I get fast, accurate service at a reasonable rate.  When I send my litter applications off to APRI for processing I know my puppy registration applications will be sent back to me well in advance of the date that a customer picks up their puppy.

These are just a few of the reasons why I use APRI as a breeder, but why should you as the customer prefer APRI over some of the older registry services?  I believe it starts with integrity.  America's Pet Registry, Inc. started their service by only dual registering dogs with pedigrees that could be verified.  They did not use Vet Statements or photos to start their service.  Even today, if a dog is not an APRI dog, then it must have a minimum of a three-generation pedigree before APRI will register the dog in their service.  America's Pet Registry, Inc. insists on being completely honest with their customers.  Unlike some of the other registry services, you will not get an APRI pedigree with a background of foundation stock.  If you are getting APRI dog then you can be confident that it does have a valid background.

Another reason, and maybe a more important reason that you as a customer should consider APRI as the registry of choice, is their Registry Service Philosophy.  While APRI has dog shows and it is quite an honor to become an APRI champion, American's Pet Registry, Inc. believes that a dog that is an integral member of a family is just as important to that family as any dog that has been successful in the showroom.  To APRI a dog in the living room is just as valuable as a dog in the Showroom, and that is how they will treat you and your dog.  When you register your dog with APRI, you are a valued member of their service, not just another number making a contribution.  America's Pet Registry, Inc. is the People's Registry Service - All of the people not just the show breeders.

If I have any questions for APRI, I can call and get a fast friendly response from the girls that work in the office.  If they can not answer my question they will find someone that can.  I don't have to wait and wait for someone to get back to me or never get back to me.  They are there and ready and welling to help with anything, and I mean anything.
